These formative years fueled her desire to create a better future for herself and her loved ones. Elaine’s academic achievements are remarkable. She earned an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology before obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology (BSRT). Not content with just one degree, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), fulfilling her dream of becoming a healthcare professional. Each academic milestone was a testament to her tenacity, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Elaine’s career took an unexpected but successful turn into sales. Over two decades, she became a trailblazer in the industry, starting at Pharex/Pascual Laboratories. Her talent and hard work led her to exceed expectations, earning monthly, quarterly, and annual quota achiever awards. She later joined Novartis Healthcare, specializing in cardiovascular and gastroenterology products. Her outstanding performance earned her prestigious accolades and international travel opportunities. However, her career reached new heights when she joined Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines, her dream company. In her first year, she was recognized as Rookie of the Year at the annual awards night in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She continued to shine, earning annual quota achiever awards and ranking among the top ten Senior Franchise Specialists in the Asia Pacific region. She collaborated with esteemed cardiologists and made a lasting impact on the medical field.
In 2012, Elaine migrated to the United States, embarking on a new chapter that aligned with her passion for helping others. She began as a Direct Support Professional, improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her compassion and leadership helped countless individuals find employment and build meaningful lives. Returning to nursing, she served as a Telemetry Nurse, Infection Control Nurse, and eventually a Subacute Nurse. Each role was guided by her empathy and commitment to service, honoring the memory of her grandparents who inspired her journey.
Elaine’s achievements extended beyond healthcare into the world of direct sales, which she entered in July 2023. Initially a user of health products to alleviate pain from long hours on her feet, she soon realized their transformative potential. Inspired by friends' remarkable health recoveries, she passionately shared the products, rapidly expanding her network.
By September 2023, she had already ranked up as an Emerald Elite Executive, becoming the Top Wholesale Package Seller and a Top 5 Mover Internationally. She achieved the Luxury Incentive Achiever award and continued to rise, reaching Diamond Elite Executive by December 2023. She earned multiple honors, including:
